  2.           REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE- EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

  5.     Anne Barkley, referred to as OWNER, and Cristopher Daly,
  6. referred to as BROKER, agree: 
  7.  
  8.  
  9. OWNER owns property described as: 
  10.  
  11. Lot 304, Shady Brook Acres subdividion 
  12.  
  13. which OWNER desires to exchange for: 
  14.  
  15. Like kind property, with no more than $ 500 ( five hundred &
  16. no/100 dollars) boot required to be paid by OWNER, and no more
  17. than $ 200 ( two hundred & no/100  dollars) boot to be received by
  18. OWNER. The transaction procured  by BROKER shall qualify for a tax
  19. free exchange for OWNER,  subject to the limitations of boot
  20. described above. 
  21.  
  22. BROKER is herewith appointed to act as exclusive agent to
  23. negotiate an exchange for a period of 180 days, under the terms
  24. and conditions stated above. Should BROKER procure an exchange,
  25. meeting the criteria stated above BROKER shall be entitled to
  26. compensation as follows: 
  27.  
  28. A minimum commission of $10 ( ten & no/100 dollars); and 20 per
  29. cent  of boot received (if any).
